The automatic solution allows to control lighting by using individual switches, by operating group switches from the control panel or by using a remote. By entering your code on a touch-screen you may turn the security system on and off. In case of an alarm a short message will be sent to the selected phone number; it is also possible to program the lights to go on or off. All apartments have door-phones; the call button is located at the main entrance. Video surveillance system allows monitoring what is happening at the main door, in the garage or on the playground in the yard. It is possible to connect the surveillance system to an IP television set.

- Monitor water, electricity and heating consumption .
The application for utility consumption monitoring processes all heating, water and electricity readings. In addition it records any instances of electricity outage and makes back-up copies. This software makes it easier to monitor your consumption and allows saving on utility bills.

- Monitor the weather outside etc.
The weather station in the yard provides information on the temperature outside, the wind speed and direction as well as the atmospheric pressure. Various readings are saved and it is possible to monitor the changes.
